Harris makes the case for Biden's American Rescue Plan in Providence
Vice President Kamala Harris Wednesday pitched the Biden administration's multi-trillion dollar infrastructure and family plans to Rhode Island small business owners whose stories she said show why it is needed.
"The reason that I am here is ... to carry your story as the story of America's economy and the potential of America's economy," Harris told a group of business women in a roundtable discussion focusing on how they survived the COVID pandemic.
